Spectrum SP K1

The Spectrum SP is a wider above the waterline remodel of the Spectrum Small.

Whereas the Small has a semicircular hull cross section the SP is more a parabolic shape.

This makes for a fast kayak that has more secondary stability for that little help when you need it.

The transom stern is the secret to this kayak’s ability to be both fast and easy to paddle.

The transom increases the buoyancy in the back half of the kayak which maintains the correct trim at full speed allowing the kayak to be efficient at all speeds and gain a higher maximum speed.

The kayak can be more stable without affecting the optimum length to width ratio.
